Our 2nd graders wrapped up Week 6 of their literacy unit with a delicious project! 🍽️📚
While exploring the essential question, “What makes a tradition?”, students shared special family recipes, wrote opinion pieces explaining why others should try their dish, and participated in a gallery walk to find new favorites. They collaborated, asked thoughtful questions, and celebrated traditions from their homes. What a fun (and flavorful!) way to complete Unit 3! 🎉✨
