First grade fun!! Our firsties had a blast today at the Splash Pad!
PAWZ is all about a good party--especially when it's a publishing party to celebrate young authors! Today, our second grade writers got to share their work with family and friends!
PAWS loves field day, and it will be here soon! Here is the schedule and some important information to know!
📢Students report to school as normal.
📢All field days will be held at the Harmon Field Practice Field.
📢If there is inclement weather, field day will be inside the City Park Gym. We will notify of any changes.
📢Students will walk to the field with their classes.
📢All field days will last approximately two hours each.
📢All visitors must stay in the viewing area outside the fence.
📢Remember to bring your lawn chairs.
📢No outside food or drinks allowed inside the fence.
📢Students are encouraged to bring water, a towel for sitting, and sunscreen.
📢Students must return to the school with their classes. There are no early check-outs at

Milestones begins tomorrow for our Grades 3 and 5 students. Grade 4 will take the test next week. Some modern motivational signs are ready and waiting on them! Let's send them all PAWSitive vibes!

Our fourth graders have been busy learning about pollution during their unit 5 Savvas instruction. It tied in perfectly with Earth Day! They made public service announcement posters to hang around our school building. Some also used Canva to create graphics that will be shared on our digital signs throughout the school.

PAWZ is very thankful for our friends at Daughters of the American Revolution! The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution was founded in 1890 to promote Historic Preservation, Education, and Patriotism across the United States. Today, they donated a copy of the book Henry and the Cannons to our media center. We look forward to sharing this book with our readers!
